    S.I.C.A.'S Collection Division, in operation since 1981, has as its objective to provide our Members with a quick and efficient service at a high recovery rate. S.I.C.A.'s predominance in the Industry and the leverage provided by our credit division are what allow us to offer an outstanding recovery rate on our claims.

S.I.C.A.'S Collection rates are as follows :



  • 10% on the first $ 5,000.00
  • 5% over $ 5,000.00
  • To a maximum commission of $ 2,000.00

  • ½ of the applicable collection rate charged on returned merchandise.

Final Notice forms are also available from S.I.C.A.'s Collection Division. These forms, bearing the S.I.C.A logo, can be sent from your office directly to the retailer prior to the commencement of collection procedures. Many of our existing members have used the forms with great results. When using the forms, you may send a copy to S.I.C.A. at the same time as you send the copy to the debtor. If the amount is not received within ten days, S.I.C.A., at you request, will commence collection on the eleventh day.

S.I.C.A. also provides its Members with a Collection Form. This form has been designed for your convenience when submitting accounts for collection. Should you have any questions on this or any other S.I.C.A. service, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
